Welcome to the website of the Kilimanjaro Hope Organization (KIHO)

We are an independent local Tanzanian NGO created in 2010, currently active in the Pare mountains areas and the remote parts of the lowlands in Same District, Kilimanjaro Region. Our philosophy is to work with people and for people in order to promote and facilitate sustainable community development and hence improve the quality of life. KIHO acts as a catalyst for local community initiatives.

Our motto is "Solidarity and participatory interventions for a better change to achieve sustainable development"
